Onboard SV Indie Sky, we offer both introductory coaching and guided sessions for Crew. You’ll learn breathwork techniques, equalization skills, and proper safety protocols before scrubbing hulls, diving down lines or exploring reef walls and underwater terrain.

Each descent becomes a personal challenge — not against time or depth, but toward clarity, calm, and confidence. Whether you’re hunting dinner, photographing marine life, or just exploring your limits, freediving changes how you move through water — and through life.

For those who want to go deeper—literally—our scuba experiences open up an entirely new dimension of life at sea. From vibrant coral gardens and sheer drop-offs to forgotten wrecks buzzing with life, each dive invites you to slow down, breathe deep, and witness the ocean on its own terms.

Whether you're already certified or working toward your Open Water certification, we tailor dives to your skill level and goals. We partner with trusted local guides when needed and always prioritize safety, stewardship, and connection to place.

And while we haven’t fouled SV Indie Sky's props or anchor, our dive-qualified crew have stepped up past expeditions to help our neighbors with these issues.

There’s something deeply satisfying about catching your own dinner. Whether you're gliding along a reef ledge for spiny lobster or weaving through underwater canyons in search of snapper or lionfish, our expeditions offer the chance to connect directly with the ocean’s bounty.

We practice responsible, sustainable harvesting—taking only what we need, with precision and respect. You’ll learn how to identify legal catches, refine your freediving technique, and properly clean and prepare your haul.

But the real reward? It comes at golden hour, when your catch hits the pan with garlic, herbs, and—of course—French butter.
